Brasada Creek runs fair-chase deer, hog and bird hunts on private low-fence ranches in the Uvalde brush country — the kind of hunting Texas is supposed to be. Scouted stands, guides who glass instead of talk, clean lodging, and honest odds instead of guaranteed-kill promises.

Brasada Creek Outfitters leases and manages a string of private ranches across the southern Hill Country and brush country — managed herds, year-round feeding programs, and stand counts kept low on purpose. Hunts are guided by people who scout these pastures all year, not seasonal help with a truck. Deer hunts run rifle and bow from comfortable blinds; hogs run year-round with night options; dove and quail fill the wingshooting calendar. Camp is clean, meals are real, and first-timers and kids are genuinely welcome — somebody taught each of us once, too.

No — and be wary of anyone who says otherwise on fair-chase ground. What we guarantee is scouted country, low pressure and a guide working as hard as you are.
