Fourteen years under horses has taught two things: a good shoeing is mostly a good trim, and a farrier who shows up on schedule is worth more than one who talks a big cycle. We keep a genuine book — your rotation is planned, not promised — and we work with your vet on laminitis, navicular and founder cases rather than around them.
Most horses in this country do best on six to eight weeks — shorter in wet spring grass, sometimes longer barefoot in winter. We set the cycle with you and book the next visit before we leave.
